How to unstall MySQL Governor Using Ssh

You may wish to remove MySQL Governor, a CloudLinux LVE Feature. Is there a method to do so?

Yes, it is possible to remove MySQL Governor if required. We would strongly urge you to have a backup of your MySQL databases before starting this procedure.

Once MySQL backups have been generated, you can remove MySQL Governor using the steps below:

1. Log into your server via SSH as ‘root’. Or use the WHM: Terminal Feature.

2. On command-line, run the following command:

/usr/share/lve/dbgovernor/mysqlgovernor.py --delete

The script will install the original MySQL server, and remove MySQL Governor.
