Holla do you have SSL certificate configured on your website and its working but you try to force the https redirect from your cpanel end and it didn’t work. just like the one shown on the below image.
Fear not, for this is unusual: it may be related to a cPanel configuration or have something to do with the DNS. Don’t worry! You can still force to HTTPS manually by editing the .htaccess file (make a backup copy first), or using the Really Simple SSL Plugin (if you are using a WordPress site).
